We recently had the opportunity to gift a special PR package to the Lone Lobos Podcast team. The podcast was created by Xolo Maridueña and Jacob Bertrand, best known for their roles in the hit Cobra Kai series on Netflix, the hugely successful continuation of the iconic The Karate Kid universe. 

Produced alongside Monica Tamayo and JMKM’s Jordan Mattera, the podcast has built a loyal following through its relaxed conversations, behind the scenes stories, and genuine friendship between the hosts.

Since rising to international fame through Cobra Kai, both actors have continued to expand their careers beyond the dojo. Xolo Maridueña recently starred as the lead in Blue Beetle, becoming the first Latino superhero to headline a live-action DC film. He has also been announced to appear as Portgas D. Ace in the upcoming live-action adaptation of One PieceSeason 3, one of the most anticipated anime adaptations worldwide.

Meanwhile, Jacob Bertrand has become a fan favourite through his role as Eli “Hawk” in Cobra Kai, known for one of the series biggest character transformations. Outside of the show, he has also appeared in other projects and various Disney productions earlier in his career.

For the Lone Lobos team, we gifted our Kanji Necklace engraved with “Lone Lobos” in kanji, using 「孤狼」  meaning “lone wolf” as a tribute to the podcast’s name and identity.
