We ship worldwide.


2. How much is the shipping cost?

In Japan Delivery company : YAMATO TRANSPORT

Shipping cost : free


Other countries

Delivery company: EMS ( Express Mail Service ) or FedEx

We deliver through FedEx when you order gold jewelry. However, items with gold coating are delivered through EMS.

3. Do I have to pay import duties?

Import duties and/or other customs fees may apply depending on country. These additional charges must be paid by the customer. Thank you for your understanding.


4. I placed an order. When will my order arrive?

Since the processing time for each order depends on the type of product, we have written the corresponding processing time on each product page. Please read the description carefully.

During check-out, you can opt-in to get updates on the status of your order via Facebook Messenger. Once your order has been processed, we will send you an email containing a tracking number, so you can follow the whereabouts of your jewelry any time. If you are on a tight deadline, please message us on Facebook Messenger. We will do our best to help you get your jewelry within the desired time!


5. Can I return a product if it does not fit?

We do not accept returns, but resizing is possible. Please send back the items within 30 days after delivery.


6. What is the return policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges. However, resizing is possible, at 10USD per size unit (size up/down). Shipping fees related to resizing must be paid by the customer. If you have any questions, please message us on Facebook Messenger.


7.  Can I cancel or change my order once I have placed it?

No, once you place an order it is final.


8.  What method is used for shipping?

We use two methods: FedEx for gold products, and EMS for all the others.


9. My order is missing.

Unfortunately, we cannot respond for shipments that might be affected/delayed by customs. Once we ship your order, we will send you a tracking number via email. Please check the status of your delivery directly with the shipping company. Thank you for your understanding.
