For a full refund, cancellations or rescheduling must be made 10 days before the tour.
Cancellations made 9 to 5 days before will result in an 80% charge, and same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100%.
This policy is in place to help guests make the most of their booked time and fully enjoy the experience. We understand that unexpected situations may occur, and we aim to be flexible when they do. If you’re running late, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We do our best to accommodate changes.

1. Booking Modifications and Cancellations
1.1 For a full refund, cancellations or rescheduling for our tour and workshop must be made at least 10 days before the tour. Time and days must be in Japan Standard Time.
1.2 If the guide is unavailable on the requested date, we will make every effort to offer alternative dates. If rescheduling isn’t possible, the Customer will receive a full refund.
1.3 Customers will receive a full refund if the Experience has been canceled by the company.
1.5 For tours, if weather conditions create a safety risk or prevent us from conducting an outdoor Experience, we may need to cancel. The Experience can be cancelled if other circumstances arise that compromise safety. Please note, the Company is not liable for any damage caused by natural disasters.
1.4 In certain circumstances the Company may cancel pending or confirmed bookings and initiate corresponding refunds and payouts.
